Hello from the great state of Texas! So glad I came across this site. I'm getting married in 6 months and I dont want to be a fat bride! My hubby to be loves me regardless but, I want to be proud of our wedding pictures and I want my children to tell me how beautiful I looked that day. Also, my mom was just diagnosed with diabetes and it also runs on my father's side of the family. I want to make sure this doesnt happen to me! I would like to be down to 200lbs by my wedding day so, I have about 45lbs left to go. I'm work out for an hour every morning with my honey(he's going to school for cardiac rehab and is minoring in Exercise Sports Science so, I have my own trainer!) and I play on my Wii Fit in the evenings. I am also taking Complete Nutrition's Reveal and it seems to be working. Already lost several pounds in water weight alone! Anywho, thats my story in a nutshell. Glad to be here!
Welcome to the board!
Congratulations on your wedding AND on your weight loss! It sounds like you have all of the right tools to make this happen, and you've come to the right place for the support and motivation to keep going.
45 pounds in 6 months is a healthy, reasonable goal and you CAN do it if you stick to it. Just don't give up! :-)
