Hehe, did two hours only because I did nothing the day before and I had a case of the guilts after the indian meal the night before

From yesterday I'll be trying really hard this week to pass my 12 & 1/2 stone plateau.
B: Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt, nashi pear
L: Spinach omelette and green salad, apple
D: Salad
S: Toasted curried cauliflower
