The Spring Challenge ends this weekend, is anyone interested in doing another one? Memorial Day falls on Monday, May 31st this year, we could run one from April 5th - May 31st.
I'm not sure what I'll use for a goal this time. I'm thinking I'd like to get a handle on my snacking though... and stop eating after 8 pm.

I may pick the same goal. Knowing I had to admit to cheating on here was a great deterrent! Or maybe I need to focus on something else. But I am determined not to miss the start day this time!
I did manage to lower my BMI into a more acceptable range, and that was my goal, so I'm very pleased.
