Haven't been around in ages and ages and it shows! My daughter and I are talking about getting back on WW and doing it at home due to expenses. Used to go to the meetings and pay but my financial situation has changed so much. Any at home advice will be appreciated. Now all I have to do is remember how to get around this site. So many things are new and have changed.

Hi liscas. I'm recently back on plan too, and although we know what to do, its not going to help you if you don't follow along and journal. Journalling is a biggie for me, but I force myself to do it. I've also started to walk every day and for me this is new. I 'pretended' to be walking when I was paying for weekly classes and it was me who didn't show much of a weight loss. So now that my mind is made up......I'm out the door every morning before I make an excuse for not going. I hope this helps and good luck with your plan!!!

Hi......good luck ......I have done it all at home...expenses would not allow me to join. Thankfully I had someone who cared enough about my health to give me their books. It's been a long journey....but I have made goal. Now comes the hard part...keeping it off. I started off walking....not too much at first cause my feet hurt me so bad.....but worked my way up to 6 miles a day. Now I dont walk as far...but still do my cardio everyday and lift weights now. I love it. Sometimes I have to make myself go....but once I get there.....I feel so much better. If I can be of any help feel free to email me at [email protected].
