Soon, I think. My question is this: Can I do a meal replacement bar for lunch? If so, do I just do the bar and an HNS (like at breakfast)? My daughter has a 4-H contest this weekend and I won't be able to have lunch for at least 8 hours, so thought I could do the bar instead.
