Hi everyone!
I'm Lauren and I just wanted to give a quick 'hello' to all you guys! I'm 20, i'm a college student and i've been overweight for basically my entire life and i'm really really trying to do something about that once and for all after years of yo-yo dieting but never making it close to my goal weight. I also have a history of eating disorders so that complicates the matter....
I'll be weighing in the morning but i can guess that i'm probably in the high 260s or 270s as of now... (eek) and i'd like to get to 150, which would be a healthy weight for my height (I believe)
I'll update more in the morning, but I just wanted to say Hi before I went to bed. I know I haven't told you all much about myself and my 'situation' but i'd appreciate any support I can get at this point!
