and feel a bit nauseous, too.Is it because of the diet, or just a coincidence? I'm not on an incredibly low cal diet (I can't be as I am breastfeeding twins) and I'm getting three good healthy meals a day so I wouldn't think it would cause me to feel ill, but then again compared with how much I used to eat this little might be a shock to the system?
Can dieting cause you to feel unwell like this, even if you're still getting plenty of good food?
