I have been having a hard time trying to get on track lately..at work the location of the office I am in changed a couple of weeks ago from one building to another and am still adjusting to that..
I have been trying to increase my activity but having a sit down job this is difficult sometimes..and of course when I get home at nite, I am so tired.
All I want to do is eat supper and veg out in front of the TV all nite-have done this several times weekly!!
Also, I have been told recently that I am diabetic and am having a hard time coming to terms with that. Being overweight most of my life, I have decided that the closer I get to 50 I really need to make some changes NOW...

I didn't drink that much at first because I just couldn't imagine it - so I started small - just like the others have mentioned. I got a 22 oz glass and filled it up and just kept it with me all the time. When it was empty, I filled it up again. The funny thing was, I found myself wanting more and being thirsty even with all that water, so my body must have really needed it.
