Hi I found this site while looking for support to lose weight, I am in my early 50's and have struggled for years with weight. I want to lose it more for health than looks, I want to feel better and know from the past that losing the weight will help with my health issues, right now just high blood pressure. thanks for letting me join. I am going to start with the Prism weight loss program. I did this a few years ago, it has support groups but I haven't found one close to me, I did when I first did it and it really seemed to help a lot-having the accountability of a weekly meeting. I also am back to walking at least 30 mins everyday, well almost every day. the program is a bit restrictive, but it stresses eating real foods, not processed and eliminating the white stuff at the beginning, sugar, flours, etc. I need to write down what I eat or I eat way to much and not the right stuff. I will let you know how I am doing, thanks for the welcome. Pam
