My first mini-goal is to get below 310lbs. I haven't been under 310lbs in maybe a couple of years, if not longer.
My next mini-but-oh-so-inspiring goal is to get below 300lbs. I haven't been under 300lbs in maybe 3 years.

I still make minigoals as my goal still seems too far away. Well done on your weight loss so far 
I find it very motivational.
