Diner Breakfast

  • I am on week 2 of doing WW online (i've done it before and lost weight, but now need to restart my weight loss). I travel for work and find I can make healthy low point decisions for lunch and dinner but breakfast I usually make all the wrong choices. Does anyone have any low point suggestions for breakfast bought at a diner or hotel restaurant?

    How about:
    Fruit & cottage cheese or yogurt
    Oatmeal with an added banana or a few nuts/raisins
    Egg-white omelet with vegetables, side of whole wheat toast
    Toast with peanut butter & apple

  • Breakfast is absolutely the HARDEST meal to eat out. Everything is fried or carb loaded or covered in syrup. Let us know if you found anything good.
  • I always do a huge bowl of fruit and an english muffin or a few slices of bacon. And I don't even feel bad about it.
  • Egg white omelette with spinach, tomato and feta cheese...whole wheat toast no butter. I'm not sure of the exact points, but that has to be a low point diner breakfast.
