I too think 100 lbs is a tad on the high side.
What kind of plan will you be following? Have you thought it through? Mapped it out? What's your plan of action? How are you going to tackle this?
The most you can do is stick to your (healthy) plan faithfully and whatever weight you lose - you lose. Each and every day you stick to that plan of yours (tweaking as need be of course) is a day closer to fulfilling your dreams. And if you fall short by some pounds, so be it. You'll be well on your way. The only way you can't get to your goals is if you STOP before you get there. Take as much time as you need. It's incredibly worth it. Losing weight and lots of it is a doable thing for anyone and every one - yourself included. The sooner you start, the sooner you CAN and WILL make it happen.
