
I think my new "eating out for only ONE meal each weekend" rule is definitely going to be the key. Actually I didn't eat out at all this weekend but I was kind of a hermit this weekend (which is very unusual) because I was so exhausted from last week that I didn't really go out at all. AND, gues what? I turned down dinner on Sunday night at one of my favorite Spanish/Portuguese restaurants because I just wanted so badly to see good numbers on the scale this week. What? You mean I might have taken that "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" motto to heart?
