I had breakfast dessert.
2 slices whole grain organic raisin bread, toasted
2 tsps natural organic peanutbutter (split between the bread)
2 tsps organic strawberry spread w/ fiber and w/o sugar (split between the bread)
1 banana, sliced and added to the toast
8 oz skim milk.
It's like a banana split on toast.

I eat two pieces for breakfast or one for a snack when I'm craving something fruity and sweet. It's low fat, about 17 grams of protein, 1 serving whole grains, 2 servings of fruit and about 300 cals which is right in my range. Keeps me full for about 3 1/2 hours.
