nothing is staying down at night these days [except for cheese and crackers]. i'm going to switch to protein shakes at night. i'm gaining weight, and things aren't going down well.
take note, all you newbies!!! i'm more than 8 years out now, and i've gotta make some major overhauls!
there's no blockage, just some kind of 'twitchiness' going on. so, going back to the beginning sounds like a good idea in many ways.
