Logically, I know that it's probably just some water weight coming back since this was my first week adding in Phase 2 foods, but it's still disappointing.I'm going to stay in Phase 1.25 this week to give things a chance to stabilize a bit.... hopefully I'll see a nice loss next week.



I definitely liked it better before, but at least I still have less than 100 pounds to lose,
I was so happy when I realized that last week.
