  • It's not much but I got a mile walk in. Not too bad on a messed up ankle.
  • Workout Done!!
    I got my FIRM WAVE workout in this morning!! WOOHOO!!
  • good job guys! every little bit counts. I gave my knees a break and rode the bike for 45 minutes this evening!
  • Seeing everyone else sign up here & post their workouts is good motivation for me. I've felt less than inspired for the past few days, but I keep going through the motions, hoping I'll get back my enthusiasm eventually.

    March 1: 60 minutes bike, weights
    March 2: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minute yoga class
    March 3: 60 minutes bike, weights
    March 4: 60 minutes elliptical, 45 minutes Pilates class
    March 5: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minute yoga class, weights
    March 6: 60 minute circuit training class, 45 minute Pilates class
    March 7: 60 minutes swimming class, weights, some yoga to Aire yoga program in the morning. This is in Spanish, which I haven't read or spoken much since college, so it's interesting to see how much I can understand.
    March 8: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes circuit training class
    March 9: 60 minutes elliptical, weights
    March 10: 60 minutes bike, weights
    March 11: 60 minutes elliptical. I've been missing exercise classes because of my mother visiting, but still managing to get in some cardio & work with weights during breaks from being "on" all the time.
    March 12: 60 minutes elliptical. Another missed class. At least I'm getting in my cardio.
    March 13: 60 minute circuit training class, 45 minute Pilates class
    March 14: 45 minutes spinning class, weights
    March 15: 60 minutes arc trainer. Again, missed class. But mother goes home tomorrow & I will hand in this perfectly enormous report soon. I hope.
    March 16: 60 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes yoga class
    March 17: 60 minutes bike, weights
    March 18: 30 minutes running on treadmill, 30 minutes elliptical
    March 19: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes yoga class
    March 20: 60 minute circuit training class, 45 minute Pilates class
    March 21: 60 minutes swimming class, weights
    March 22: 60 minutes elliptical, 60 minute circuit training class
    March 23: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes yoga class
    March 24: 60 minutes bike, weights
    March 25: 60 minutes elliptical, 45 minute Pilates class
    March 26: 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes arc trainer
    March 27: 60 minutes circuit training class, 45 minute Pilates class
    March 28: 60 minutes swimming class
    March 29: 60 minutes circuit training class, 60 minutes elliptical

  • I have the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred and I also do the EA Active with my Wii. I have a gym membership but haven't been able to get there in the last few weeks I am hoping that I will be able to start back this week..
  • after running errands after work ran home and changed and got on the elpitical for a while. Just trying to do something everyday. Even managed to turn down a drink to celebrate with my sis. after working my butt off i was not willing to drink away all those calories i'd just burned! a minor victory but definitely feels good.

    March 2- nothing. trying to figure out when to go to the gym now that classes have started. bah

    45 minutes on the Gazelle, then weights!! Almost wimped out today, but knowing I needed to post here made me think twice!! Thanks girlies!!
  • happymamma- me too. I did not feel like doing anything today. Late day at work, but did the eliptical for 45 minutes. Working on finding a gym to join for spinning classes but for now the "gym" at my apartment is working fine.
  • today i did 45 minutes on the treadmill, & some light leg workouts!
