  • Today 30 min resistance training and 30 min on treadmill at 3.0 mph and 3.5 incline
  • 65 mins on the elliptical! 735 cals, 5.2 miles! Woot woot!

    Saef-- I was posting here but we started an exercise accountability thread on Maintainers (maintainers moving in March) so it was repetitive for me. You could always post there as it is more active.
  • Sat- 1 hour with trainer, cardio and weights
    Sun- 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins AMT, 20 mins bike
    Mon- 15 minute weight routine, 1 mile walk
    Tues- 65 mins on elliptical
    Wed- 45 mins elliptical
    Thurs- 1 hour trainer workout, 15 mins cardio on bike
    Fri- 35 mins on elliptical, 10 mins on bike
    Sat- 1 hour with trainer, circuit, 10 min cool down on elliptical
    Woot woot! What a "kick butt" week! I am pooped!
