Ketchup on phase 2 ?

  • Am I allowed ketchup on phase 2 ? I won't be using a lot, the most would be a tablespoon. I know you can't have it on phase 1 but I can't find anything about being allowed or not on phase 2.

Hope everyone is enjoying the day...even everyone who's stuck in this terrible snow !!
  • Look for unsweetened or sugar free ketchup. There are several brands available now. Even if you just use a small amount the high fructose corn syrup often found in Ketchup could cause problems.
  • I like the Heinz Reduced Sugar ketchup. And I can get it in the small grocery stores around here, so I'm thinking it must be available just about everywhere.

I don't eat many of the things I used to want ketchup for anymore though. lol
  • thanks
  • I haven't been able to find the reduced sugar kind, so I just use a tiny bit of regular on the rare occasion I need ketchup. That's maybe twice a month at most. Since I'm not eating french fries and limiting hamburger meat, there's not much I need it for.
