Everyone Weigh in 02/26/10

  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 193, down half a pound from last week. Another Thursday weigh in for me, another Friday of overtime. I've been pretty good with my food and exercise all week, and was hoping for at least a pound down. Ah well, some loss is better than none.
  • Down 5.4 pounds this week! AND a new low weight

    Last Friday = 324.4 pounds
    This Morning = 319.0 pounds

    That's a total of 215 pounds lost, or 40.26% total body weight gone! I have 44 pounds more to go to reach my goal of hitting 275 pounds.

  • Starting Phase II of the SBD. My progress is as follows:

  • This morning I weighed 230.8. That's 4.2 pounds down from this time last Friday. And that ALSO means that I am only .9 pounds away from my first mini-goal: the 220s. I haven't been in the 220s for at least 5 years. Milestone! I expect to get there in the next few days.
