I have ankles!

I lost them inside a paid of hideous cankles earlier this winter and they're BACK!

Now.... to find those sculpted calves that used to sit atop them...

Silly NOTHING!!! That is fabulous. I remember when realized there was no more double chin!!! Every little victory is a big one. PROGRESS!!!

That is AWESOME, SO not silly! I always thought my cankles were permanent, until I got down to 208, and lost a shoe-size as well. Keep it up, and I hope I get to see mine again, sometime before next year, too!
