I just started trying to lose weight again after not exercising for months. I have started VERY small, because my stamina sucks and have done so for four days in a row. The first day I tried Insanity fit test, and only got nine minutes in and threw up. Pathetic... I know. The second day I tried it again (this time on an empty stomach) and did a little more, and felt good. I still didn't finish it, but I got a little further. That day I also played an hour or so of Samba Di Amigo on the Wii which has a lot of arm movements. On the third day, I did 16 minutes on Flirty Girl Fitness which mostly consisted of squats and lunges and then on the fourth day I played two or so hours of Wii sports and Samba Di amigo.
I haven't changed what I eat, and have been eating one or two meals a day. Still, this is very discouraging.
