I weigh myself every morning, but my trick is, I only record in my journal when the weight is down. In my logical brain, I know that my weight fluctuates for many different reasons, so when it is up 3 lbs when I know darn well I have only had my allotted 1400 calories in the last 24 hours, I shrug it off. Of course, the passionate, drama-queen side of my brain goes all a-dither and swooney

hence the reason I don't write it down.
