I haven't really been in this forum as much as I should be since I signed up but I've been lurking around for about the last week or so and I figure that meeting new people that are working as hard as I am at this wouldn't be a bad thing.
I'm 25 I've managed to lose 45 pounds since the end of October. It's still hard for me to even believe it because no other attempt in my life has worked. I have about 70 more pounds to lose but for some reason the last two weeks have been even harder then the holidays were.
I'm not really going through anything right now that would cause me to lose motivation. Sorry to ramble but does anyone have any tips on how keep on the right track, and is this something everyone goes though?
Thanks for reading :-)

What I do is just make it a habit, so its just "time for the gym" rather than "time to decide whether to go to the gym". Same with eating, I make a plan of what im going to have roughly and stick to it as best I can. Then it doesnt take motivation. And of course, minimising temptation is also helpful, e.g. not buying things you know you shouldnt eat, so you cant eat them!
haha.
