New Challenge

  • So i knew in the beginning weight could fluctuate and i was losing everyday, now that i am past the initial shock to my body the weight is creeping off, sometimes ill gain and i am starting to get discouraged when i dont lose overnight (i know, i know) So i am implementing a new challenge!

    I will not weigh myself until 3/1/2010

  • I try to weigh myself weekly--I figure it's not too much but tracks a decent progress so I can keep a close eye on how my eating habits are affecting me. Good luck with waiting, though! It's a long time, but I'm sure you'll make it ^^
  • If you can do it thats great! But there is no way I could wait that long! I am TRYING not to weigh myself daily, but its really hard.

    Its just sitting right there on the bathroom floor staring at me!

    I do know how everyone feels its so hard not to do it multiple times a day but i seriously need a break
