    L-chicken and cheese pickle roll ups, 6 Triscuits w/ 1/4 avocado
    S-nf yogurt with hot avjar
    D-Roast chicken, broccoli, string beans

    Exercise: Busy, busy day today/tonight but I'm hoping to get at least a little time on the treadmill and/or wii fit.

    B. oatmeal soaked in almond milk w/ blueberries & cinnamon
    L. 1/2 Kashi thin crust roasted veggie pizza topped heaped with extra veggies
    S. yogurt
    D. Lentil and chickpea soup, cheese "crackers"
    S. peanut butter cup dessert

    B- oatmeal breakfast bar, hard boiled egg, v8, coffee
    S- 1/2 cup plain LF yogurt with strawberries, blueberries,and a sprinkle of nuts (trying it w/o splenda today-need to cut back on that stuff)
    L- chicken salad, green pepper strips, cucumber
    S- LF cheddar cubes
    D- beef strips with bell peppers and onions, big tossed salad
    S- 2 peanut butter and jelly cookies with a glass of milk

    B-Protein/greens smoothie & daily vitamins
    L-Beef Vegetable Barley Soup, Big salad w/lots of veggies
    S-Honeycrisp apple
    D-OP Pizza, BSWLOV
    S-FF Greek yogurt w/pumpkin pie spice

    Exercise-2hrs water yoga, at home SPCH Yoga

    L. lettuce wrap with 2 pieces turkey bacon and mayo

    S. skim milk and diet gingerale - just try it! Milk first into the glass
    D. roast beast - it's either beef or venison - grean beans, sweet potato fries, sliced tomato and cucumber salad

    Having an issue with veggies. We can't get out of the house and I just drank my last V8. grrr

    B- turkey bacon, spinach, mushroom muffin, 1 piece of toast, yogurt, SF Latte
    S- cheese and turkey pepperoni(forgot i had t-bacon in my muffin until after I ate the t-pepperoni but the t-bacon in muffin was maybe half a slice)
    L- Spit pea soup yummy!!!
    S-SF iced latte only drank about 1/4 of a cup, apple with walnuts.
    D- Baked chicken, asparagus and lima beans
    D- bean brownie wiht a bit of cool whip

    S - greek yogurt with blueberries, splenda, almond extract, and sf chocolate syrup

    D: probably leftover anasazi bean stew
