Motivating Others & Loving SBD
Have you read the book? The book describes the philosophy behind SBD and outlines the plan in great detail. My suggestion would be for you to consider this to be a way of eating you would be interested in pursuing long term. If so, there's alot of support here. If you're looking for a quick fix (as I was for years) maybe there would be another plan which would work better.
When I started SBD I was ready to start eating healthy, whole foods. I was ready to address my medical problems which I had acquired as a result of my poor eating habits. In my yoga class I used to focus my intention toward finding health, now I find my focus on keeping my health. For me the change that SBD has brought is well worth hanging onto.
