Grilled Steelhead Trout

    For those of you who only read the recipes and not the forum, I'll explain about the trout...Steelhead is the same consistancy as salmon, and tastes almost identical except it has a much milder flavor...TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT!!!!

    GRILLED STEELHEAD TROUT

    1.5 lb trout
    olive oil
    cajun spices preheat grill
    garlic
    salt & pepper
    oriental five spice powder

    Rub olive oil generously over both sides of
    fish. add spices to fleshy side of fish.
    Sear flesh side down then turn over and cook
    skin side down no more than 10 minutes.
    UM UM GOOD!!!!
