Let me start off saying that I have NEVER been a runner. I have always hated it, mostly because I have never been good at it. As of 3 weeks ago, I have been running around my neighborhood and I am officially ADDICTED. I love the feeling after the initial 1-2 miles of just gooooooooing, running and not wanting or needing to stop or walk. I have a 10-mile race planned for April, and let me just say I cannot wait!!
Ok, after reading this post....endorphins anyone?? haha.....
