Exercise log

  • I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but here I go.
    I joined 40 somethings last week and did a bio, however I didn't realize I should say hello in the forum. Like I said I'm new to all of this stuff=3fc and forums in general.
    I saw somebody doing an exercise log in one of the other support groups and thought I would be good for me. So here goes it...

    Mini goal=500 minutes of exerise in February!!

    February 1; Curves=30 min, stairs @ work=15 min:45 min total

  • Jess, there are no rules (within reason). If this helps you, go for it. Others might stop by and list what they are doing for exercise too. It might not be as organized as yours, but different things work for different people.
  • Didn't do anything yesterday and did Curves this morning. So that brings my total to 75 minutes (425 left to go).

    I think this will inspire me to track my exercise minutes. so far so good!!


    My husband and I are going on a cruise in March with four other couples and I've known since Sept. and now I'm working on loosing weight. hahahaha...I know real funny. However I've been told I can still drop 20# by the cruise...so this helps me.
