Anyone else only concentrating on eating less of whatever they like to eat? I'm not looking to be a super skinny model or anything. I would be happy at this point just to lose the double chin and unsightly muffin top.

I just realized that for me, I needed to cut most "bad" foods out of my diet, or I would end up going back to them too much or overeating them. Just my 2 cents
But I would definitely suggest that you try cutting out junk food for just 3 weeks and see what you start to crave at the end of those weeks...for me it has usually been hummus and apples with peanut butter

I know that if I have one pringle, I'll want another. If I have one malteaser, I'll have another. If I have one slice of camembert, I'll have the whole lot. So although I see your point, I don't personally let myself consume the bad things in moderation because for the same calories, I'd rather fill full on a safer, healthier food

Who knows how many calories I have consumed in one sitting with a box like that! I stopped myself this week. How many calories did I cut out from just that?
