Hello everybody!!
I use this site alot for dessert recipe ideas and decided to join today! This is my 3rd time of doing the southbeach diet. This time my aim is to loose a stone by march for my sisters wedding! Im on my 3rd week, i tried to go onto phase 2 this week but didnt like it. Didnt feel in control and felt i was putting on weight, so have decided to carry on with phase 1.
Did anyone else have probs with phase2? Hope i carry on loosing on phase 1! Any hints would be much appreciated!

Lusty. That sounds funny! I am on my third SB and adding more slowly this time. Mostly only fruit and late in the day. Glad to meet you.
