I weigh every day on the Wii because I知 compulsive about getting my stamps. It also helps me see the direct impact the day before has had on me and learn to understand how my body reacts to things. ANYWAY. I知 off target. I weighed this morning and as of today, I have gotten to having to lose 100lbs. not more. From here on out, I will only need to lose double digits. The plan is never to be 100lbs overweight again, so I知 hoping today is the last that I値l see that (bar for some aberration due to sodium or whatever). So I知 happy about that.
That's awesome! My similar landmark was the day I realized that according to my BMI chart, if I lost 100 more pounds I'd be underweight. In other words, I could no longer afford to lose 100 pounds. When I started I could afford to lose about 127 lbs and still be considered "normal". Now I can no longer afford to lose 100 lbs because I'd only weigh 104.

And thanks for giving me something to pat myself on the back for today, too. With an "ideal" weight of 140-154, these first few steps I've taken have put me under the 100 lb goal too!

I upgraded my goal weight as my starting weight got higher. When I weighed 254, my goal weight was 155. Now that my start weight is 270, I decided that by playing a little mindgame with myself might make getting started easier. My goal weight is now 175, so I had to lose 89 lbs...in stead of 115lbs.
I totally understand your thinking. I however, didn't have the courage to even start at a weight over 100. Bless you for being honest with yourself. I figured i could fudge a little. Whatever it takes to get me back with the scale moving in the right direction is what I would do!!
