Super foods for Woman...

  • I was looking online to my Health magazine and came across this article about some SUPER FOODS for woman. I thought you guys might think of this being interesting. I did. I just do not know why Greek yogurt verse regular yogurt. I like my strawberry yogurt with my fruit and cereal... interesting. What do you think of them?

  • Green yogurt is higher in protein, from what I have seen. I had one on sunday that had 16 grams for just a little-bitty cup.
  • Thanks for posting! This is great news to me, seeing as I eat 75% of these things almost daily. Today I have already had greek yogurt, fat free milk, oats, and green tea! I think greek yogurt is better for you than flavored/traditional yogurt because it is closer to the source, and usually doesn't have any added sugars or anything in it. And it prolly has a couple more active cultures!
