I was looking online to my Health magazine and came across this article about some SUPER FOODS for woman. I thought you guys might think of this being interesting. I did. I just do not know why Greek yogurt verse regular yogurt. I like my strawberry yogurt with my fruit and cereal... interesting. What do you think of them?
