Well Today I hit my 30 pound lost , I am amazed whit my self ,at some point I though it was unrealistic .... now I now that I can do it .... but I now to that it takes times ...Iit can not be done from morning to night .
Now I have 16+ to go , I hope to be there by june ... them I will star working in my body fat% thing.
I still have work on my stomach and arms . My leg are great , so my hips .
