Ok hi all! My name is Allyson.. I just started using Wonderslim a week or so ago. I love the shakes/bar.. The vegetarian joe is pretty good.. I got the two 4 week starter kits.. I don't really care for the tomato with chikin.. I haven't tried the omelet thing. yet either.. Don't think I will care for it.
I have only lost 3 lbs so far.. I'm at 264.2 at the moment.. Started at 267
I guess I need to be working out more.. Cause I was expecting to lose like 8 lbs or something my first week.. Though I did eat out a few times.. Which I know I shouldn't of dine.. Was probably why.. I think I use too much of the diet soda to mix up the drinks too. .So Ik now what i'm doing wrong.. Going to be on plan completely next few days.. I have been on most days.. I am just wondering if this plan will really work.. What calories should I be doing.. the 1200 or 1000 or even the men 1500? I should probably be working out an hour and a half a day.. been doing leslie sansone 3 mile walk workout..45 mins..
I don't know I just need some encouragement/advice.. I'd really like to just do the bars/shakes mainly.. Can you just do that and have the lean and green.. and instead of the protein supplement just have another shake instead?
