I started off with the yellow menu...so it doesn't feel like I have hardly eaten anything. I was fine all day expect just before dinner I snacked on some pickles. 4 oz salmon, 4 oz cooked veggie, 1 slice of toast
Weigh in today at 198. 1st day OP again!!!!
