  • GOOD MORNING LADIES!!!!!

    I'm starting this thread a little early, but wanted to give us all some BIG OLD POSITIVE {{{{{{{{VIBES}}}}}}}} to start off our new day.........and our 'starting overs' for those, including me, that are. Boy, I definitely need those vibes everyday until next weeks weigh in.

    The metal monster was not kind to me last night and I gained another pound.............so I now have 2#'s to lose by next Wed. GEESH!!!! Not going to be easy since we will be going out of town for the next 4 days. Oh boy.........

    Actually, this will be a good weekend to be gone since it looks like the board will be down. Going to really have to do some soul searching.

    Hope everyone is doing well and is planning on having a super 'on plan' day. :sheep: OK, now we all need to move our bodies just like all these cute little 'buddies' here. Gee, just think how gorgeous we all would be.....I would love to see my stomach disappear.....now they need to make one doing 'crunches'.

    I will check in Monday when I get back. I'll be thinking of all my friends here. Be kind to yourselves.........

  • Summer, have you thought about raising you goal a couple pounds. That would take some pressure off you.
    I am going to have a big gain.

    Ciecie.....Happy Anniversary to your parents. They should have a big celebration for 52 years of marriage.

    Sherri.....Good luck with your weigh-in today. You should have a good loss, you've worked so hard for it this week.

    Summer......Sorry about the gain. It is hard to lose with being away from home, but you can do it. Not losing you KOPS status is worth the effort. And we're all rooting for you, so hang in there. Hope you feel better soon, too.

    Eleni....I hope you have a pleasant surprise and don't have the big gain that you are expecting. How are the piano lessons going?

    Wendy....Hope you are doing good today. One of the things that we say when members comment that they only lost a quarter of a pound, is: "That's a stick of butter". When you think of the size of a stick of butter, it makes a quarter pound seem bigger. I keep wishing the whole stick would come off the waistline.

    Gotta go. Hubby is thinking of trading cars and I want to clean HIS car up a little bit before he takes it in for appraisal. He's gonna owe me for this.

    It sure will be hard this next 4 days being away but I know you can do it. Eat a lot of salad girl. You can do this.
    Yes I do look like at curves. I have people tell me all the time down there you have so much energy. I don't know how you do it. I just set my mind to it and go. It is a lot of fun. But I have to concentrate to get in a great workout. I also love all the dancing figures they have.

    Hopefully you will turtle. I know that will make you feel great. Just start over and look forward to next week. Did you stop exercising? You can do this just go back to your smart decisions. How about eating your healthy choice dinners again for awhile that helped you before. Anyway I am here for you. Don't give up.

    I hope everything is going well for you. I haven't looked at the menu thread but I take it you have joined christie on there. I should start doing that also we will see. How is the headache?

    I am doing well. I did go over my points last night because I had reg bread instead of the diet (lite) bread. I had made a BLT for my friend and she didn't like tomatoes so she said I could have it. Then she already had another 2 pcs in the toaster. So instead of throwing away the bread I ate it. I would have been right in my range if it wasn't for that. Instead of having 2 pts for 2 sandwiches it was 8 pts. So there went all my points. But I am doing better today. I was only over by 2 pts. I have no idea how I will do tonight. I did go overboard over the weekend but then got back on track after that. So we will see. I am writing down everything also. Now I just have to stop having a snack after 7 - 7:30 pm at night. We ate dinner late last night so that didn't help. I do better with the scale when I don't eat after 7:30 at night. So that is what I am concentrating on this week. I will let you know how I do.
    I get weighed and measured at curves tomorrow morning and I am not looking forward to it. I am not going to have any losses because I was soooo bad throughout the month. But I am getting my life back on track and that includes the eating also. It is a slow process. I have been very depressed for the past month and now I am getting over that. I am pulling my life back together again.
