I am on day 4, it is working so well it scares me. I have dropped about 5 lbs. since Thursday. I am having trouble fitting in all of the meals, however, I only ordered a few boxes so I am hoping that when my order comes in there will be more variety and easier to get them all in. This is the easiest program I have ever done and believe me I have done them all. I have been hungry a couple of times but nothing that I cannot handle...I am so thankful to have found this program and hope that it remains as smooth going as it has been to this point. CONGRATS on your success...

Natalie. Your loss is an inspiration to me. I am in my 6th week. I really feel like I've found the best program out there for my body. I've lost about 30lb so far.

I notice that you are pretty much at your goal. What are your plans for maintenance? Please keep us updated on how the transition goes for you.

txmom The first week weight loss is out of this world. After that it usually settles down a bit. For me it has been 2-4lb each week which is no small potatoes in my opinion.

has anyone had any trouble with charlie horses and muscle cramps????

Hey everyone. I am on day 3 of MF although I have tried it before, but never stuck with it long enough. This year I am commited to being the healthiest I can be, so hopefully this will get me to where I want to be. Good luck everyone.
