Hello Everyone,
My name is Gina. I am a professional actor and do to my nomatic lifestyle I ended up gaining alot of weight. Last year I started noticing that I was not as happy and active as I once was. I ended up weighing myself and I weighed in at 225. So I started working out and started cooking for myself. I was able to kick my butt into gear and I now weigh 189. I am getting closer to my goal weight, but recently I have it a platue.
I love running but now I can't becaue of the snow outside. I also hope to run a half marathon in late August Early September. So I am looking for as much advice at I can get when it comes to new workouts and healthy eating tips.
I am so excited to be apart of this site because I am noticing how supportive everyone is of eachother.
