I am on plan eating under my calories and by under I mean 40-80 per day. I have been working out 5x per week and according to my Body bugg I burn about 24-2600 on non workout days and about 3-3200 on workout days.
I currently eat about 1800 calories per day.
SO WHY AM I NOT LOSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me add also that I have lost weight in the past on 1800 calories when I weighed less than I do now..
Advice/suggestions?




I just cant bring myself to change them... add about 10lbs to my current weight
