Eating Right Menu Thread #2

  • Well since the other thread was getting kinda long, I thought we could start a new one,so here is my plan for today

    Breakfast- 1 english muffin,1 slice cheese,and an egg

    lunch- grilled cheese on WW and watermelon

    snack- ??

    supper- will fill in later,it is my cheatmeal with Jason
  • Ok ladies,
    I have got the cheatmeal out of the way So here is todays plan.....


    Breakfast- 2 eggs

    snack- banana

    lunch- peanut butter and jelly on WW

    snack- grapefruit

    supper- at the mother in laws, will fill in later

    snack- watermelon
  • Tuesday
    Haven't done very well the last 2 days, trying again today.

    Breakfast

    1 slimfast bar
    coffee

    Lunch

    1 slimfast granola bar
    1 cup fruit salad

    afternoon snack

    1 chocolate chip cookie

    Dinner

    3 oz. turkey with gravy
    Potato
    green beans
    cucumber slices
    few slices cantalope
  • Wednesday's food journal

    Breakfast

    1 granola bar
    coffee
    1 peach

    Walked 2 miles

    Lunch
    2 slices diet bread
    1 slice 2% cheese
    1 thin slice deli ham
    raw veggies with 2 TBS. lite ranch dressing
    1 chocolate wafer
