I gained 2 lbs since last week.
I did cheat twice. Once on tuesday I ate a brownie, and last night I probably had a little too much to eat....
However....at 215 lbs, eating an average or 1500 calories a day when I used to eat waaaaaaaaay more than that, I should have lost.
I mean, if I wanted to stay at 215 I would have continued to hit the drive through 5 times a week and shove cookies in my mouth all day at home.
My eating habits have undergone a very drastic change. I'm disgusted to admit the amount of food I was eating before, but I can guarantee that it's way more than the calorie counting websites tell me that I needed to maintain 215 lbs. I am surprised I didn't get up to 500 lbs last year, the way I was eating.
How can I make such huge changes and gain??? I want to kick something. To make it worse, I joined the Biggest Loser competition in the 30 something group because I knew that I had truly committed to losing weight this time (something just feels different vs my other half hearted "attempts") and now my teammate will have to post that I gained. Ugh! Our weigh in is today, so I'll get back on the scale later and see if it changes it's mind...I keep hoping the number was a fluke, lol.
Anyway, thanks for letting me vent. I know what I have to do...drink more water, exercise more, get more rest, yada yada yada......and I'll get right to it after I drink my coffee and start a new pair of socks on my knitting needles.

The scale measures ALL of you, so it's hard to know just from that when you lose FAT! Eating too much last night could have you retaining water and that might be why you're up...
