Hi Everyone! 15 pounds have crept up on me over the last year and I'm ready to get rid of them for good. I turned 40 last May and I'm determined to get rid of those 15 pounds by the time I turn 41. I'm not following any specific plan..just need to cut down my portion, cut out the wine and up the exercise! I teach a Spin class once a week and take Bikram yoga classes as often as possible (not at all lately). I've also added weight training for the first time ever..did an hour dvd yesterday and SORE today!
Sooo...here I start at 132.6, time to be accountable!


Off to Bikram yoga class now. SWEAT!
