So Have had a rough past few months.. Anyway I will make this short and sweet. I have EVERY single menu except for the PLUS One for over 200 LBS. I'm doing the program over on my own... I am doing Pre conditioning now then have copies of the Days 1-4 and 5-10 of the menus, I have the green regular Meta Slim Menu, but I am now over 200 LBS again and need the META SLIM PLUS.. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this one and the green one? If i remember correctly I believe its just 6oz of Protien verses 4 Oz of Protien, but not sure if that is the only change, and how to work it with eggs and cheese etc.. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreicated!!
