I'm Carissa, I'm new and hopeful! Need tips

  • I weigh 142 and want to lose 12lbs to be 130.
    I'm 14, 5'1'' and a freshman in high school.
    I am on the wrestling team, I am the first and only girl to ever be on my schools wrestling team.
    I want to lose 12 pounds, so please any tips?

    These folks eat clean and lift weights. I think you'll find them very helpful to get you into sporty, fighting shape.
