New Challenge:)

  • I know many of you have already started challenges for the New Year!
    I had an idea for a short one. If I am by myself that's ok.

    January 1-February 14
    1.Drink 48 oz water per day
    2. Exercise atleast 10 min per day
    3.Eat not over 1,500 cal per day
    4.Pray &Read the Bible every day
    5. Weigh 245lbs
