
This morning I was down from 142.6 to 142.2.... I've dropped from 144.4 to 142.2 in TWO DAYS. I honestly think my body's in shock, because I haven't eaten anything sugar or sodium-infested for two whole days. I'm hoping its shock lasts long enough to get me into the 130s, where I haven't been since... god. Since I was 18...? 4-5 years...? *keep going!*




So I've gained ten pounds since the summer. Time to recommit? I think so!!
. So yeah I had a loss of 1.8lbs.. woo woo
