I was weighing myself 2 or 3 times a day for awhile... I have since put the scale under the bathroom sink. Most mornings I still get it out & weigh

. But I've gotten pretty good at not letting it get to me :]. I think that's the trick.. to understand that your weight can fluctuate because of so many things and that you don't need to necessarily stop weighing all together, but maybe just weigh once a day (same time every day is what I do) & know before you step on the scale that a number means nothing.
