    aw Thanks Diva! sorry been abit busy! Things are going well. was finishing up corrections for my thesis and now its all officially checked and done, so now just have to get it printed and hard bound and hand it in how are you ?

    hope everyone had a great halloween! I'm sorry to report, no loss this week, but this week am planning on doing lots of exercise and being strict with my calories. so hopefully will see some loss for next weeks weigh in.

    I don't have much of a loss to report, maybe a few ounces or a pound. I have to go see what I was last week, but I am pretty sure it's in the negative. Thank goodness because I have been a bad bad girl. I am thankful there wasn't a gain. I mean seriously! Luck has been with me.

    i just had my lunch, and going to wait for an hour and then attempt the dares!!

    Also Igetfit pm'd me asking me if Dixie is okay. has anyone heard from Dixie? I think she's really busy. i hope she's okay though

  • Haven't been doing the greatest these past couple of weeks. I would like to say "but life got in the way" - but I think that's how the majority of us gain back the weight we lost! I'm determined to NOT to do and keep on trucking. Grad is coming up soon next spring and I want to look AMAZING!
